To keep your copier from having lines and dots on your copies and prints make sure to clean the glass on top of the copier under the document feeder.  Also make sure to clean the slip glass which is the 1" piece of glass to the left of the main glass.  You also need to make sure to clean the white board like part that is the underneath of the document feeder and holds the paper to the glass.  Hope this tech tip helps!!
